End User License Agreement

Lettersiro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to use the Font Software only within the scope of the license you purchased.

You do not purchase ownership of the Font Software.

All copyright, intellectual-property rights, font-design rights, and other rights in the Font Software remain the exclusive property of Lettersiro.

Your permitted use is determined by:

• this EULA;
• the specific license category purchased;
• the quantity, tier, users, domains, projects, sales volume, impressions, or other limits selected at purchase; and
• any written Custom or Corporate agreement issued by Lettersiro.

Where a specific purchased license contains more specific usage limits than this general EULA, the specific purchased license terms apply to that usage.

Any rights not expressly granted are reserved by Lettersiro.

Lettersiro currently offers the following principal license categories.

The exact limits of each license depend on the tier or quantity selected during purchase.

The Desktop License is intended for local installation and ordinary design work.

It may be used for:

• graphics and static designs;
• documents;
• posters;
• flyers;
• brochures;
• catalogs;
• business cards;
• stationery;
• organic/non-paid social media content;
• YouTube thumbnails and standard cover graphics;
• album covers;
• book covers;
• greeting cards;
• invitations;
• packaging;
• client design work;
• logo concepts and non-trademark logos;
• flattened or outlined artwork;
• and other permitted desktop-created designs.

The Desktop License permits End Products for Sale up to 20,000 combined sales/units.

Additional Desktop users increase only the number of people permitted to install and use the Font Software. Additional users do not multiply the 20,000-unit sales limit.

The Desktop License does not permit:

• trademark registration of a logo;
• webfont embedding;
• eBook/ePub embedding;
• app, software, game, or SaaS embedding;
• server installation or automated generation;
• paid digital advertising;
• POD products for resale where a Merchandise and POD License is required;
• editable templates for resale where font access would be provided;
• broadcast, television, cinema, OTT, or professional streaming production;
• AI/ML training or dataset creation;
• redistribution of Font Software.

The current Lettersiro license page expressly places the 20,000-unit limit on Desktop sales and separates trademark, embedding, POD, advertising, app/server, and broadcast uses into other licenses.

A Web Font License is required when the Font Software itself is embedded into a website.

Permitted uses may include:

• @font-face embedding;
• self-hosting supplied webfont files;
• website headings;
• navigation;
• buttons;
• landing pages;
• product pages;
• blogs;
• portfolios;
• e-commerce websites;
• commercial or personal websites.

Your license must cover the applicable number of websites/domains and traffic/pageview tier purchased.

A Web Font License does not permit:

• embedding in apps or software;
• ePub embedding;
• server-side generation;
• public font download;
• user-accessible extraction;
• public design editors;
• logo makers;
• template generators;
• print customization systems;
• systems where visitors may type with the font and export their own designs;
• AI training or dataset creation.

Such interactive or broader uses require another applicable license or a Custom/Corporate agreement.

These distinctions correspond to the current Web Font restrictions published by Lettersiro.

An E-Pub License is required when the Font Software is embedded inside an electronic publication.

This may include:

• eBooks;
• ePub files;
• digital magazines;
• digital comics;
• electronic publications.

The Font Software may be used within cover text, titles, headings, body text, or decorative typography according to the number of publication titles covered by the purchased tier.

An E-Pub License does not grant rights for:

• website embedding;
• apps or software;
• games;
• SaaS;
• server-generated publications;
• POD products;
• unrelated editable templates;
• redistribution or extraction of the Font Software;
• AI training.

The current license page separates electronic-publication embedding from Web Font, App, Server, and Merchandise uses.

A Merchandise and POD License is required for applicable commercial merchandise, print-on-demand products, and permitted editable templates beyond the Desktop License scope.

Available sales tiers may include:

• up to 250,000 sales;
• Unlimited sales.

The applicable purchased tier controls the total permitted sales.

Permitted products may include:

• T-shirts;
• mugs;
• tote bags;
• stickers;
• posters;
• wall art;
• greeting cards;
• packaging;
• physical merchandise;
• print-on-demand products;
• qualifying editable templates.

The Font Software must be incorporated into the finished design.

Customers must not be able to download, extract, install, or reuse the original Font Software.

Outlined, curved, flattened, or rasterized typography may be delivered as part of a finished product.

The same Merchandise and POD license may be used across stores, marketplaces, websites, shops, or brands owned and operated by the Licensee, subject to the purchased total sales limit.

It is prohibited to sell:

• the Font Software itself;
• font packs derived from it;
• alphabet packs;
• individual glyph packs;
• SVG alphabets;
• letter bundles;
• embroidery alphabets;
• typeable derivative fonts;
• products whose primary commercial value is access to Lettersiro letterforms as reusable font assets.

The current Merchandise and POD terms establish the tier structure and prohibit customer access to the original Font Software.

An Extended and Logo License is required when Lettersiro Font Software is used for expanded commercial purposes or to create a logo, wordmark, or brand mark intended for trademark registration or official brand ownership.

This license covers up to 10 users and permits one trademark logo or wordmark.

Permitted:

• use the Font Software by up to 10 users;
• create one logo, wordmark, or brand mark;
• register the final logo, wordmark, or brand mark as a trademark;
• use the final static or outlined logo as part of a brand identity;
• deliver the final static or outlined logo artwork to a client;
• create unlimited printed non-sale materials, including business cards, brochures, and internal office stationery;
• create up to 1,000,000 physical or digital end products for sale;
• use the Font Software on one website with up to 1,000,000 monthly page views;
• use the Font Software in digital advertising campaigns with up to 1,000,000 impressions;
• use the Font Software in YouTube videos;
• embed the Font Software in up to two ePub titles;
• use the Font Software for the permitted purposes for a lifetime.

The Extended and Logo License grants trademark rights in the finished logo or wordmark, but does not transfer ownership of the Font Software.

Prohibited:

• use in broadcast television or film productions;
• use or embedding in applications, software, games, servers, or cinema productions;
• redistribute, resell, share, sublicense, or give away the Font Software;
• transfer the Font Software to a client or any unlicensed third party;
• modify the Font Software to create a derivative font;
• upload the Font Software to public servers, template platforms, stock websites, or file-sharing services;
• use the Font Software for artificial intelligence training, machine-learning datasets, or generative AI systems;
• use the Font Software beyond the users, logo, products, website, page views, advertising impressions, or ePub limits stated above.

Separate or upgraded licensing may be required for any use that exceeds these limits or is not expressly permitted under the Extended and Logo License.

A Digital Ads License is required for paid digital advertising.

Permitted uses may include:

• Facebook Ads;
• Instagram Ads;
• Meta Ads;
• TikTok Ads;
• YouTube Ads;
• Google Ads;
• Pinterest Ads;
• marketplace advertising;
• display banners;
• paid carousel campaigns;
• static image ads;
• short video ads;
• similar paid digital advertising.

Use is limited according to the campaign, impression, quantity, or tier purchased.

A Digital Ads License does not automatically permit:

• broadcast television;
• cinema;
• OTT productions;
• trademark registration;
• application embedding;
• server embedding;
• webfont embedding;
• POD resale;
• Font Software redistribution.

Lettersiro’s current license structure specifically separates paid advertising from organic social media and Broadcast & Film usage.

An App/Software/Game License is required when the Font Software is embedded in an application, software product, game, SaaS product, or interactive digital product.

Permitted uses may include:

• application interfaces;
• menus;
• buttons;
• splash screens;
• HUDs;
• dialogue boxes;
• onboarding;
• in-game text;
• mobile apps;
• desktop apps;
• web apps;
• SaaS interfaces;
• PC/console/mobile games;
• Unity, Unreal, Godot, or similar projects.

Each license covers the number of projects included in the purchased tier.

Updates, patches, and minor updates to the same licensed product may be included within the same project.

This license does not allow:

• use in multiple unrelated products beyond the purchased quantity;
• Font Software extraction by users;
• public design editors;
• public logo makers;
• user-facing template-generation systems;
• server-side generation unless separately licensed;
• website webfont use unless separately licensed;
• AI training.

The current App/Software/Game rules make these project and embedding boundaries explicit.

A Server License is required where the Font Software is installed on or used by a server for automated rendering, processing, or generation.

Examples include:

• automated PDFs;
• invoices;
• reports;
• certificates;
• images;
• previews;
• mockups;
• personalized output;
• print-production workflows;
• backend rendering systems;
• internal automated design systems.

The license must cover the applicable number of servers or tier purchased.

A Server License does not allow the server to become a public font distribution system.

End users must not be able to:

• download;
• extract;
• install;
• copy;
• directly access

the Font Software.

Public design generators, logo makers, template editors, or similar user-facing customization services require separate written authorization or an appropriate Custom/Corporate license.

A Server License does not automatically grant Web Font, App, Game, ePub, or other unrelated rights.

A Broadcast & Film License is required for professional use of the Font Software in:

• film;
• cinema;
• short films;
• television;
• documentaries;
• television commercials;
• music videos;
• trailers;
• opening titles;
• end credits;
• lower thirds;
• broadcast graphics;
• OTT;
• professional streaming productions.

The number of productions, territories, audiences, or distribution scope is determined by the purchased tier.

Promotional graphics directly related to the licensed production may be included where stated by the purchased license.

A Broadcast & Film License does not automatically include:

• trademark logo registration;
• unrelated paid digital advertising campaigns;
• app/software/game embedding;
• website embedding;
• ePub embedding;
• server embedding;
• POD or editable-template resale.

Those uses require the applicable additional license unless included in a written Corporate/Custom agreement.

A Corporate License is intended for companies, organizations, agencies, or brands requiring broader licensing across multiple users, teams, departments, branches, subsidiaries, vendors, systems, or brand applications.

Corporate rights depend on the plan or written agreement purchased.

A Corporate License may include specified levels of:

• Desktop usage;
• commercial projects;
• web usage;
• ePub usage;
• Merchandise and POD;
• Digital Ads;
• Trademark Logos;
• App/Software/Game;
• Broadcast & Film;
• internal brand systems;
• controlled vendor access;
• other custom rights.

Only rights specifically included in the purchased Corporate plan or written agreement are granted.

Corporate licensing does not transfer ownership of the Font Software.

The Font Software may not be:

• resold;
• sublicensed as a standalone asset;
• made publicly downloadable;
• used to create competing derivative fonts.

AI/ML training or dataset use is prohibited unless a Corporate or Custom agreement expressly grants that right in writing.

The current Corporate terms provide multiple usage tiers and allow broader internal/vendor use only where included in the applicable agreement.

You may use the Font Software to create permitted work for clients within the scope of your purchased license.

You may provide clients with:

• flattened JPG/PNG files;
• PDFs;
• printed artwork;
• outlined/vectorized text;
• final logo artwork;
• other non-font finished outputs.

Unless expressly permitted under a Corporate or Custom agreement, you may not provide the original Font Software to a client.

If a client needs to install, edit with, or independently use the Font Software, that client must obtain an appropriate Lettersiro license.

A Trademark Logo License allows delivery of the final outlined/static logo artwork to the client, but does not by itself authorize transfer of the Font Software. This aligns with the current license page’s explicit licensed-user and client-file restrictions.

Providing finished or outlined artwork to a printer, manufacturer, agency, developer, or other service provider is permitted where necessary for a licensed project.

Providing the Font Software itself is not permitted by default.

A third party that needs to install or directly use the Font Software must:

• hold its own appropriate license; or
• be specifically covered as an authorized user/vendor under the Licensee’s Corporate or Custom written agreement.

Merchandise manufacturers and printers must not receive the Font Software merely because they are producing licensed goods.

This section intentionally replaces the broader third-party-copy permission contained in the January 2026 EULA so the EULA matches Lettersiro’s current licensed-user restrictions.

Only users covered by the purchased license may install or use the Font Software.

Installation on additional computers or by additional people requires additional user coverage unless your license expressly provides otherwise.

A user, seat, device, server, domain, project, campaign, publication, logo, or other licensed quantity cannot be multiplied beyond the purchased limits.

You may not:

• sell the Font Software;
• redistribute it;
• sublicense it;
• lend it;
• rent it;
• donate it;
• publish it;
• upload it for public download;
• share it with unlicensed coworkers;
• share it with clients;
• distribute it in design templates;
• include it in bundles;
• provide it as an extractable asset.

Reasonable backup copies may be kept solely for archival/security purposes under the Licensee’s control.

You may convert text created with the Font Software into:

• outlines;
• curves;
• vector shapes;
• rasterized graphics.

You may modify those resulting graphic outlines as part of a design project.

However, unless Lettersiro gives prior written permission, you may not:

• modify the original Font Software;
• rename it;
• convert it into another distributable font format;
• reverse engineer it;
• decompile it;
• create a derivative font;
• recreate a typeface based substantially on the Font Software;
• redistribute modified font software.

Lettersiro’s current license page prohibits modification/conversion of the font files, while the existing EULA separately permits editing converted outlines for design work; this draft preserves that distinction.

Except where Lettersiro expressly grants written permission under a Custom or Corporate agreement, the Font Software may not be used for:

• artificial intelligence training;
• machine-learning training;
• dataset creation;
• typography-generation datasets;
• font-generation models;
• model fine-tuning;
• generative model training;
• synthetic-font training;
• or similar computational training purposes.

This restriction applies even if the Font Software is lawfully licensed for another use.

The current license page includes AI/dataset restrictions throughout the individual license categories.

A Desktop License or other non-Trademark license does not grant trademark-registration rights unless expressly stated.

A Trademark Logo License, Corporate License, or written Custom License must provide the applicable trademark authorization.

A trademark license applies to the resulting approved logo/wordmark, not to ownership of the Font Software.

Lettersiro retains all ownership rights in the Font Software itself.

Where a license includes a sales/unit limit:

• the limit is cumulative across the licensed use;
• the limit is not multiplied by users;
• the limit is not multiplied by computers;
• the limit is not multiplied by stores;
• the limit is not multiplied by marketplaces;
• the limit is not multiplied by products;
• the limit is not multiplied by clients.

Before exceeding a purchased limit, the Licensee must obtain the required upgrade or additional license.

For Desktop usage, the current published limit is 20,000 combined sales/units; Merchandise and POD uses separate tier limits.

If your intended use exceeds your existing license, you must obtain the applicable license upgrade, additional license, Corporate plan, or Custom agreement before exceeding the licensed scope.

Purchasing additional Desktop seats increases user coverage only and does not automatically expand other usage limits.

Contact Lettersiro if your usage cannot be clearly covered by an existing license.

A free, demo, trial, promotional, or limited font is governed by the specific license supplied with that font.

A free/demo download does not automatically include the same rights as a paid commercial license.

Commercial rights must be expressly granted.

The Font Software is licensed, not sold.

Lettersiro retains all rights, title, ownership, copyright, and intellectual-property rights in the Font Software.

No purchase transfers copyright or ownership of the underlying typeface or Font Software.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not:

• redistribute Font Software;
• sell Font Software;
• sublicense Font Software;
• make Font Software publicly downloadable;
• create derivative fonts;
• use Lettersiro letterforms to create a competing font product;
• remove or obscure ownership information where technically present;
• use Font Software outside the purchased license scope;
• use Font Software for AI/ML datasets;
• knowingly assist another party in violating this EULA.

Projects that fall outside Lettersiro’s standard licensing may require a Custom License.

Custom terms are valid only when confirmed in writing by Lettersiro.

Where a signed/written Custom agreement conflicts with this standard EULA, the specific Custom agreement controls for the rights expressly granted in that agreement.

Unless a purchased license expressly states otherwise, licenses are granted for the duration specified at purchase.

Where the purchased license states lifetime use, no recurring license fee is required for continued use within the originally purchased scope.

Lifetime usage does not permit usage beyond the purchased limits.

Your license rights may terminate if you materially violate this EULA or exceed your purchased license rights without authorization.

Upon termination, you must cease new use of the Font Software and remove unauthorized copies.

Lettersiro reserves all remedies available under applicable law for unauthorized use, infringement, redistribution, or other violations.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

Because Font Software is a digital product, completed purchases are generally non-refundable once access/download has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law.

This is consistent with Lettersiro’s current EULA refund policy.

The Font Software is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Lettersiro does not warrant that the Font Software will meet every specific requirement, software environment, workflow, or technical configuration.

The Licensee is responsible for verifying compatibility before relying on the Font Software for a particular project.

Mandatory statutory warranties that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lettersiro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-interruption damages arising from use or inability to use the Font Software.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

The Licensee is responsible for ensuring that its usage remains within the purchased scope.

Where reasonably necessary to investigate an apparent license violation, Lettersiro may request information sufficient to verify applicable license scope, such as:

• number of users;
• relevant project;
• licensed domain;
• sales tier;
• app/project count;
• trademark usage;
• publication count;
• or other relevant license dimensions.

Any such request should be proportionate to the suspected usage issue.

Lettersiro may update this EULA from time to time.

Unless required by law or expressly agreed otherwise, an updated EULA applies to licenses purchased after the effective date of the updated version.

Existing licenses remain governed by the terms applicable to the purchase when made, together with any later written upgrade or amendment accepted by the Licensee.

This keeps the non-retroactivity principle already present in Lettersiro’s current EULA.

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply to customers in other jurisdictions.

Subject to applicable mandatory law, disputes arising from this Agreement shall be submitted to the competent courts having jurisdiction over Lettersiro’s principal place of business in Indonesia.

The existing EULA currently specifies Indonesian law and Sleman as the dispute venue; if you want to retain Sleman specifically, we can keep that exact jurisdiction wording in the final version.

If any provision of this EULA is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force to the extent permitted by law.

Failure by Lettersiro to enforce any provision of this EULA on one occasion does not waive Lettersiro’s right to enforce that provision or another provision later.

This EULA, together with:

• the license selected at purchase;
• the applicable purchase/order details;
• any specific product license terms;
• and any written Custom or Corporate agreement,

constitutes the agreement governing use of the Font Software.

Do not begin usage beyond your existing license until the required rights have been confirmed.
